How do I to get to GriffCon?
GriffCon is held at the Latton Bush Centre in Harlow, Essex.
You can either pop in the postcode CM18 7BL or use the What3Words app to get directions to the Car Park (= ///apron.decay.ruby) and the Entrance (= ///shows.fits.beats).

Friday 12 noon - 10pm
Saturday 9am - 7pm

What is GriffCon’s nominated charity?
Each year the proceeds from the Charity Raffle go towards a chosen charity. This year we will be raising funds for the Royal Air Force Air Cadets, 158 SQN Braintree who are raising money for equipment towards an eSports team and will receive any funds raised from the Charity Raffle and Donation buckets on the day. They also help out at GriffCon so look out for the cadets on the day and say hi.
Can I volunteer at GriffCon?
Yes, we wouldn’t be able to host GriffCon without our volunteers, visit the volunteer page above to sign up and you get a free ticket to the event as well.
Is there Disability Access?
Yes! The Latton Bush Center where GriffCon is being held has full disability access and toilets.
Creating a Safe and Inclusive GriffCon
At GriffCon, we celebrate diversity and promote an inclusive, respectful environment for all. Please treat everyone with kindness and report any issues to our Red Shirt Volunteers or at the Front Desk, Merch Stand, Gaming Store Room, or Cafe. We operate a two-strike policy to ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment.
Are there Concessions for Carers?
Yes. We can issue a free ticket for a carer with a full adult ticket purchased. Just reach out to us to let us know with proof you receive DLA or PIP.
Is card as well as cash accepted at GriffCon?
GriffCon will be accepting card and cash payments on the day as well as the Griffin Gaming shop, other trades may be able to accept these methods.
What if GriffCon is cancelled?
If we cancel the event we will automatically refund any monies paid. Please bear with us as we work through the refunds, it’s a manual process so may take some time.

If you are arriving by car, use the following postcode for your Maps app CM18 7BL, you can also use the What Three Words below.
As you come off the main road, go to the car park on the left of the building and find a space.

Train
The closet train station is Harlow Town, from there you can either use a taxi, bus, uber or local cab company, see below for bus route.
Bus
From the train station you will need to take the Number 10 bus to the Harlow Bus Station then change to the Number 4 bus, then disembark at Little Pynchons
